About Angamantra

Angamantra is a premier institution dedicated to cultivating a profound understanding of Indian Classical Dance, with a specialized focus on Bharatanatyam at an expansive scale. Founded by Sri Samrat Dutta in 2005, the institute has emerged over the past two decades as an exemplary center for nurturing artistic excellence, producing brilliant and accomplished performers recognized on a national level.

Creating a sentience regarding art and music, both nationally and internationally, ANGAMANTRA has created a modern narrative that nourishes the upcoming generations with broadmindedness. The school emphasises creating a liberal environment for future generations to learn Bharatnatyam with proper stylization, authentic knowledge and training. Purity is an essential part of their practice that rears inclusiveness, diversity and philosophical representation.

The title ANGAMANTRA means symbolization of the spiritual association between mind, body and soul amalgamating power in an individual. The fundamental significance of art is presented to future generations to be motivated by and acquire the spiritual power of the soul, body and mind.

ANGAMANTRA is proud and delighted to announce that in recent times, two of our students have received an honoured opportunity in the form of a National Scholarship for Bharatnatyam in the year - from CCRT.
